It is primarily expressed during late S, G1, M, and G2 phases of the cell’s cycle, though cells in the quiescent phase are negative. You can find a pre-diluted formula for this antibody. However, you can also find concentrated versions. If you choose to use the concentrate, you will need to dilute it using a ratio of 1:300.
To retrieve the antigen, it is best to boil the tissue sections using a 10mM citrate buffer with a pH of 6.0. This should be done for 10 minutes, allowing the antigen to cool to room temperature for 20 minutes. Likewise, it will need to incubate for at least 10 minutes while at room temperature. You should wash the slides between each step. You can rinse them with PBS-Tween.
